He was predeceased by: his father Sam; and his brother Sam Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Irene; his significant other Amy; and his children, Kristen (Ken), Cilan (Tyler) and Kayla (Anjel). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, in-laws, and friends.
