He was predeceased by: his parents, Emiterio Padilla and Hilaria Padilla; his son-in-law Jimmy Maes; his great grandchild Xsasia La Ray Maes; and his grandsons, Angelo Gonzales and Christopher Maes.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Muniz; and his daughters, Diana Maes Donald (Jimmy) and Sharon Cota (John). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren.
