He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Paul and Marguerite Anne Kingston. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Leslie Kingston; his children, Jessica Kingston of Breckenridge and David Kingston of Breckenridge; and his siblings, Thomas Kingston (Lana) of Kennebunkport, ME and Marguerite Ann Kingston of Staten Island, NY. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
