He is survived by: his children, Michael (Jennifer), Thomas (Pamela), Kristyn and Marc (Robin); his grandchildren, Derek (Carly), Nickolas, Justin (Marsha), Macy, Matthew, Grace, Brandon, Mallory and Alexa; and his great grandchildren, Zelie, Ezekiel and Azara.

Charitable contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
