He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Coburn and Ruth Coburn (Frannie); his siblings, Eugene, Betty (Gene) and Richard; his daughter Nancy; his daughter-in-law Annie; and his brother-in-law Pete.
He is survived by: his siblings, Earl and Ruth Coburn; his former wife Frances Jane Melcher; his wife Carol Nelson Walker; his sons, Russ (Leanne), Scott (Nancy) and Billy; his siblings-in-law, Burt Melcher and Rosie Melcher; and his friends, Mac, Robbie and Sheltie. He is also survived by his many grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association, an organization that Bill was committed to donating to through in the last several decades.
