He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas R. Cole, Jr. and Dorothy Williams Cole; and his grandson David James King. He is survived by: his wife Judy Cole (Talbot); his children, Sheri Cole, Theresa Cole and Tom Cole IV (Kelli Godwin Cole); his stepdaughter Christine Hudek; his grandchildren, Denae Tarrant, Tehya Tarrant, Thomas Cole V and Lucy Cole; and his siblings, David L. Cole and Judith L. Cole.
