He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hector Victor Keesling and Margaret Downing Keesling; his siblings, John Keesling, Jane Trevor and Ginger Ramage; his sons, Tom M. Jr., James H. and Frank M. (Vivian); and his grandchildren, Brian, Jackie, Kevin, Logan, Lauren and Audrey Keesling.
