It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Alicia Orr of Boulder, Colorado, who passed away on September 6, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her former spouse Major Joel Whiteley; and her children, Mary, Kathy, Wes and Bob. She is also survived by her brothers and sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
