Richard Halloran Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Halloran of Boulder, Colorado, who passed away on August 30, 2020 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul James Halloran and Catherine Lenihan Halloran; his wife Fumiko Mori Halloran; and his children, Laura Colby Wilkason of Boulder, CO, Catherine Anne Cook of San Jose, CA and Christopher Paul Halloran. He was also cherished by five grandchildren.

He held a Ford Foundation Fellowship in Advanced International Reporting at Columbia University.
