He is survived by: his children, Rocky Rockafellow (Michele), Joyce Hoffman (Bill) and Janet Kuseski (Rusty); and his grandchildren, Will Hoffman (Katie), Narcelle Sanchez (Pete) and Korey Rockafellow. He is also survived by grandkids and 2 great-great grandkids.
