He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Burke and Marian Burke; and his son Billy Burke of Boulder, CO.. He is survived by: his wife Verna; his children, MaryAnn Burke of Boulder, CO, Joe Burke (Debbie) of Chiefland, FL and Jessie Shepherd (Hal) of Fraiser, AK; his grandson Shawn; his great grandchildren, Winter Lynn of Seattle, WA and Dotty of Tuscan, AZ; and his brothers, Ernie Burke (Mary Lou) of Creston, IA and Charley Burke (Julia) of Cheyenne, WY. He is also survived by several cousins and nephews.
