He was predeceased by: his son Nick. He is survived by: his wife Dian Upton of Joseph's Catholic Church; his son Philip (Ali Walton); his grandchildren, Cooper and Macy; his great grandchild Nick (Danielle Johnson); his siblings, Rosemary Mathis (Ron) of Valdosta, GA, Saletta Shuman (Pat) and Nick Quatrochi (Mary) of Kansas City, MO; and also, Lyla, Nora and Mia. He is also survived by numerous Nieces & Nephews and Great Nieces and Nephews.
