He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Lems; his parents, Maria Lems and Peter Lems Sr.; and his siblings, Henny, Mieke and Bill Lems (Sue).
He is survived by: his children, Maurine Repucci (Mike) and Greg Lems (Sarah); his brother Hans Lems (Nel); and his grandchildren, Alex Repucci (Taylor Champoux), Peter Repucci (Jing Cao), Katrina Lems and Megan Lems.
