He is survived by: his wife Evlyn; his children, Debbra Smith (Stanford), Annette and Dewayne (Stacy); his grandchildren, Brandon Schwenk, Katie LaVoy and Logan LaVoy; his siblings, Jeanette Stakebake, Sharon Lash, Theresa Stice and Thomas LaVoy; and his daughter Ann.
