She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Yuan-Po Pan and Chu-Chi Pan (Tang); her former husband Denny Wu-Hsiung Tu; her children, Tami Meichuan Tu Dyer (Stephen) of Shanghai, Tracy Tu Ingold (John) of Boulder, Tra-Ling Tu (Jeff Kless) of Boulder, Nancy Meiwen Tu of Lyons, Mark Wenyao Tu (Ginny Lee) of Boulder and Tinglin Tu (Ben Johnson) of Lyons, Colorado.; and her siblings, Mingcheng Pan, Mingtang Pan, Mingch'in Pan, Sujen Pan Li, Chinho Pan and Mingchen Pan.
She also served at the Boulder Senior Center each Friday, sewing quilts for donation to women's shelters.
