He is survived by: his children, Hunter, Chase and Violet; his former spouse Ashley of Boulder; his mother Suzanne Reid of Cotuit, Mass.; his stepmother Linda Rheingold of Chestnut Hill, Mass.; his siblings, David, Curtis and Mariel; his great-uncles, Kamran Nafissi, Jack Schiff and Tom Schiff; and his cousins, Kyan, Ari Nafissi, Jamie Migueles (Chris), John Schiff, Maggie Gieseke (Karl), Charlie Schiff (Christine), Lauren Fernandez (Frank), Sally Park (David) and Julia Schiff.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
