He was predeceased by: his father Roger Higgins; and his nephew Ryan Moore. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Higgins (Hase) of Superior; and his brothers, Thomas Moore (Cheryl), Michael Moore and Robert Moore (Debbie). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
