Marilynn Sawin Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marilynn Sawin of Boulder, Colorado, born in Hutchinson, Kansas, who passed away on March 16, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John William Skidmore and Hilvid Ingeborg Spong Skidmore; her husband H. Lewis Sawin; and her sister Gwen Martin. She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Donaldson (Michael Donaldson) of Parker and Patricia Sawin (Bron Skinner) of Chapel Hill; and her grandchildren, Connor, Aidan Donaldson and Elizabeth Sawin.
Contributions in her memory may be made to the Charles and Mildred Nilon Teacher Education Scholarship Fund at the University of Colorado.
