It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Carter (Boulder, Colorado), born in Dorchester, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 9, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his former wife Jody Baldwin; his parents, James Carter and Clara Carter; his son Kenneth Woodbury Carter Jr.; and his brother Neil Carter.

He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Carter; and his sister Phyllis Carter Veccia. He is also survived by children, 17 grandchildren, and 31 great grandchildren.

He was the foundation of his family.
