She is survived by: her grandchildren, Josh Betz (Christopher Brodine), Emily Betz (Tyler Gilbert), Aaron Oberndorf (Trinity Oberndorf) and Sarah Oberndorf; her brother Anthony Negen (Karen) of Renville, MN; her sisters-in-law, Margaret Negen of Willmar, MN and Seitha Negen; and her nieces and nephews, Diane Teeselink of Chisago, MN, Debra Johnson of Monticello, MN, Dan Negen (Marlys) of Prinsburg, MN, Norbert Negen of Windom, MN, Alton Negen of Raymond, MN, Marlin Negen (Joan) of Windom, MN, John Negen (Carole) of Raymond, MN, Shane Negen (Megan), Nicholas Negen (Rachel) and Moline of Michigan.

Joyce also loved sewing and making doll clothes for charity.
