“Joe was a good friend and a birthday twin. I only found out yesterday that he had passed and I am heartbroken, for his family, his children, his friends, for those who loved him, and me. He was there when I needed someone and I was able to return the favor when Jay Johnson passed. Joe you have left a hole in my heart, my only consolation was knowing you, and knowing that where you are now, you are probably BASE jumping with my son Frank Gambalie, blue skies my friend, I love you. Condolences.”
