He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Smith of Melbourne, FL and Stanley Lupinski (Marti) of Canton, GA.; his spouse Coletta; his children, Melissa Horn (Chris) of Lakewood, CO and Eric Lupinski (Kristian) of Lafayette, CA.; and his grandchildren, Lillian, Charlotte Horn and Bauer Lupinski.
