He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph A. Neff and Virda Taylor Neff; and his brother Harry. He is survived by: his wife Karen of Boulder, Colorado; his children, David Neff (Amy) and Stephanie Brown (Mike); and his stepson Michael Miller (Audette).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in his honor to the Alzheimer's Association.
