She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick B. Tubbs and Margaret Ross Tubbs; her siblings, Frederick B. Tubbs, III and Carol Tubbs Devenir; her son Joshua Wetmore; and her husband Alan Kelly.

She is survived by: her daughter Sarah Dufoe (Candace); her stepdaughters, Alexis Hamilton and Megan Brugger (Will); her grandchildren, Francesca, Ethan, Kaitlyn, Alyssa, Olivia and Kayla; her brother Stephen Tubbs; and her nieces, Erin Decker, Louise Oldenkamp (Mindy) and Annah Tubbs.
