Wilshire (Boulder, Colorado), born in Hastings, Nebraska, who passed away on June 29, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Belva L. Barton; her children, Lance, Ryan, Andrea and Laura Wilshire; her siblings, Barry Penner (Sharon) and Neva Peat; her niece Dia White; her nephews, Jeff, Darren and Matthew Penner; her husband Dale Wilshire; and her father Donald Penner. She was also cherished by great-nephews and nieces, cousins, and friends.
