She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian Hurtado and Flora Hurtado; her siblings, Lino Hurtado and Estella Rodriguez; her nephew Adrian Contreras; and her goddaughter Kimberly Hurtado.
She is survived by: her children, Samuel Martinez, Vaiola Martinez (Ryan), Leonel Chavez, Jovan Chavez Melissa (Avalon), Isiaha Martinez, Trezdon Martinez, Kenzia Martinez, Carlos Cruz, Marcus Cruz, Logan Bickerstaff, Diego Nuñez, Francisco Chavez and Leilani Nuñez.
