He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferdinand Mordhorst and Bertie Mordhorst; his daughter Kathleen Frey of Lafayette, CO; and his siblings, James Mordhorst of Grants Pass, OR and Marjorie Cox of Carmel, CA.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Mordhorst of Boulder, CO; his son Roger Mordhorst of Boulder, CO; his granddaughter Katie Mordhorst of Wheat Ridge, CO; his siblings, Robert Mordhorst of Nampa, ID and Nancy Obenchain of Meridian, ID; and his stepchildren, Bud, Betty, Andy and Warren Lewis. He is also survived by nine step-grandchildren, and eight step great-grandchildren.
