He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ruckman and Belva Ruckman (Bellair). He is survived by: his wife Frances Merrigan (Gallagher); his stepsons, Kevin Merrigan (Mariette) of Ft. Lauderdale, Sean Merrigan (Patty) of Boulder and Brian Merrigan (Celeste) of Arvada; his grandchildren, Chase Merrigan (Kristina), Tyler Merrigan, Kellen Merrigan (Jenni), Matthew Merrigan and Ethan Merrigan; and his great grandchildren, Victoria, Landon and Vaughn.
