“I’m very sorry for your loss. I was Ethel’s favorite caregiver. She always thanked me for being her best friend and we hugged and kissed cheeks before bed every night. She would follow me around in her wheelchair holding my hand. She said I was her angel and little girl. I grew very very close with Ethel and loved her as if she was my own family. She will always have a special place in my heart and I’m happy I got to make her last six months brighter. Her smile lit up the world. The way she talked about her husband and her life was so inspiring. She was truly a very smart, beautiful, and caring lady. I will miss her. You had a wonderful lady by your side your whole life, I wish I would have known her longer. My condolences are with you and your family. -Colleen M Farner”
