He was predeceased by: his wife Jean MacMullen of Yonkers, NY. He is survived by: his son Dr. Donald Putzier; his daughter-in-law Dr. Stephanie Putzier of Mankato, MN; his daughter Laurie Haddenhorst; his son-in-law Bruce Haddenhorst of Cheyenne, WY; his sister-in-law Lavaune Putzier of Litchfield, MN; his grandchildren, Stephen Haddenhorst (Kelsey), Campus Crusade, Army Captain Edward Putzier (Makenzie) and Leslie Geving (Ryan); and his great grandchildren, Jordan, Calvin Haddenhorst and Natalie Putzier. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
