He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivoria Jones and Earnest "Sparky" Thomas. He is survived by: his children, Doyle Bennette Thomas Jr. (Ben) and Payton Ivory Thomas; his wife Kris of Superior, CO.; his son Ben (Nicolette) of Thornton, CO; his grandsons, Doyle Bennette Thomas III (Trey) and Axel William Thomas; his daughters, Eliza and Allegra; his uncle Don Gene Harris of Angleton, TX; his aunts, Asaline Hughley and Everlina Lightner of Denver; and his cousin Derek Lightner (Aja) of Aurora. He is also survived by "Papa" to his beloved grandchildren.
