She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert DeMuro and Elizabeth DeMuro; and her sister Roberta Nielsen. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth "Totsy" Rees (Denver), Dana Rees (Marc Loebe) of Etna, WY and Andrew Rees of Boulder, CO.; and her brothers, Alan DeMuro (Susan Jones) of Scottsdale, AZ and David DeMuro (Linda). She is also survived by Four nephews, and a great niece and three great-nephews.
