He was predeceased by: his parents, Penelope R. "Penny" Stoudt (Hill) and John G. "Jack" Stoudt. He is survived by: his wife Heather Carr; his pet Clementine; his daughters, Violet Stoudt of Denver, CO and Lila Grayce Stoudt of Boulder, CO; his sisters, Elizabeth "Liz" LoBello of Parker, CO and Jen Stoudt of Loveland, CO; his niece Brianna; his nephew Dominic LoBello; and his aunt Gloria Coryn.
A memorial has been established in Dave's name to support Lila's higher education and nature conservation.
