He is survived by: his wife Sally of Louisville; his stepchildren, Brian Sack (Julie) and Becky Sack; his stepgrandchildren, Adam Bosko, Ava Bosko, Christian Sack, Tyler Sack and Rachael Sack; and his brothers, Bill Wilkinson (Julie) of Richardson Texas and Jim Wilkinson (Glenna) of Dallas Texas. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
