With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Clarence Phillip Miller (Boulder, Colorado), born in Peoria, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 9, 2024 at the age of 83. He was predeceased by: his parents, Blanch Routh and Clarence "Mick" Miller; and his sister Marilyn. He is survived by: his wife Joannie Waters; his brother Scott (Teri) of Indianapolis, IN.; and also, Bart (Lisa), Nate (Rina) and Carol (Steven).
