She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Carroll LeVasseur and Lucille LeVasseur; her children, Stefani Pappas Wilson, Peter Pappas (Mary), William Pappas, Nicole Pappas (Scott), Mark Pappas, Andrea Pappas Merrill (David), Dave Pappas (Chris), Melanie Pappas (Mike), Christopher Pappas and George Pappas, Jr.; her husband George Pappas; and her daughter Michelle Pappas Tanner. She was also cherished by 15 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Sts. Peter and Paul Greek Orthodox Church in Boulder, CO.
