She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Carter and Eleanor Guimond Carter; her brother Robert F. Carter; and her significant other Henry Richard Soutiere. She is survived by: her friend Paul Haakon; and her children, Wendy (Wayne Erickson), April Johnson of San Diego, Henry Peter (Mara Soutiere) of Boulder and William (Sherri Soutiere) of Vineland. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.
