He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wade Hampton Howey, Sr. and Willene Howey (Biggers); his wife Sherrie; his children, Wade Hampton Howey, III (Tripp), Hugh Howey and Mollie Howey; his stepdaughters, Jennifer Selden (David) and Sarah Walker; his grandchildren, Jordan, Catherine Selden, Scarlett and Eli Walker; and his sister Lynn Robinson (Donald) of Waxhaw.
