He is survived by: his niece Gloria L. Velásquez; his sons, Manuel Jr. and Anthony Velásquez; his stepdaughter Brenda Deherrera; and his brother Louie Velasquez Jr.. He is also survived by five grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as countless nieces and nephews.
