He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Hawkins and Arlene Meyers (Ohanian). He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Bruce Hawkins (Lisa), Shelly Hawkins, Abigail Chwiedor (Luke) and Joshua Hawkins (Jennifer); and his brothers, Harold Hawkins (Judy) and Lynn Hawkins. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
