He was predeceased by: his father Manuel Maestas; his wife Frances Maestas; and his siblings, Mary Rita Phillips, Tina Larson, Rodolfo Maestas and Phillip Maestas.
He is survived by: his children, Manuel Maestas of Longmont, Mitch Maestas (Nancy) of Longmont, Martin Maestas and Marcia Cahill (Steve) of Longmont; his stepbrother David Montoya (Susan) of Albuquerque, NM; his grandchildren, Nicole Curtis (Seth), Jesse Barela (Sharlene), Amber McKee (Tony), Devon Cahill, Serenity Cahill, Taylor Maestas and Jordan Maestas; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Dillon, Taylor, Daxton, Emmelina and Logan.
Memorial contributions may be made to Tru Hospice of Boulder County who took such wonderful care of him in his final months.
