She was predeceased by: her brother Zachary C. Wellard; and her grandmother Irma J. Wellard. She is survived by: her parents, Clinton R. Wellard and Susan R. Hirschi Wellard of Bennett; her siblings, Stephanie of Logan, UT, Josiah, Jeremy and Jesse of Bennett; and her grandparents, Stanley J. Wellard of Smithfield, UT, Loran L. and Marcile G. Hirschi of Logan, UT. She is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles and cherished friends.
