He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dorothy Greenwalt, John G, Virginia Kalcevic and Julia Kalcevic; his mother Janice D Kalcevic (Greenwalt); and his sister Julaine Packard (Kalcevic).
He is survived by: his father Johnny Kalcevic; his children, Frank, Annelise, Dannica, Janice and Levi; his sister Julie; and his child Shelby. He is also survived by friends and other family members.
