He is survived by: his parents, Sandy Phillips and Roy Phillips; his wife Tammi; his children, Honni Gales (Ryan), Joshua Phillips and Laci Phillips; his grandchildren, Ella Renee and Colton Grandin; his siblings, Pam Phillips, Christy Gill (Colt), Sandy Cassinerio (John) and Chimo Phillips (Brenda); and his parents-in-law, Ted and Linda Hoeger. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.

Contributions in his honor can be made to the PAN Foundation.
