He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobbie Jo Fincher (Lynn) and Claude Fincher; his stepfather Gerald Cornwall; his brother Steven Cornwall; his stepchildren, Regina Rushing and Bruce Tway; and his nephew Nichol MacGuffie King.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Fincher; his sisters, Judy Fincher King and Jennifer Cornwall Lunsford; his stepdaughter Christine Tway; and his grandchildren, Zach and Sydney Kylar.
