He was predeceased by: his wives, Dolores Twiford, Ann Hooper and Cheiko Elms; and his siblings, John Hooper, Bill Hooper and Sylvia Martin.
He is survived by: his son James Twiford; his stepdaughter Shirley Hawk; his daughter Margaret Hooper; and his nephew Tom Shonk. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
