He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Sower and Cecil Wayne Sower; and his sister Janet Vaughn (Mardella Sower). He is survived by: his former spouse Mardella Marshall; his children, Dawnella (Terry), Cynthia (Lloyd), Daren (Connie) and Mitchel; his brothers, James Sower of Bayfield and Vernon Sower of Bayfield; his wife Peggy Ann Sower; his child Mitch; his stepchildren, Kendall (Cathy) and Kris; and his grandchildren, Dr. Heidi Luter (Wade), Trent McGee (Smriti), Tandy Martin (Dwight), Dr. Brandon Luter, Colter Villers (Krystal), Mariah Sower, Jeremiah Sower, Shelly McCorkle, Kelly Vrtatko, James Vrtatko and Henry Carmichael. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to any horse rescue, or Bayfield Library.
