He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Patrick and Orilee Mullins; and his brothers, Johnnie and Hughee (Phyllis). He is survived by: his children, Kana Condon (Greg), Katrina Francis (Albert) and Monte Mullins (Stacie); his grandchildren, Chase (Jill), Kyle (Tammi), Heath Francis (Katy), Luke, Arika Condon, Taelor Sanchez (Brandon), Clay and Faithe; his great grandchildren, Jaycee, Jessa, Brady and Rynlee Francis; and his siblings, Idell Clark and Glenn Mullins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
