He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Jacquez; his children, Benjamin Montez-Avalos (Brittany), Sabino Montez, Ezekiel Montez, Danielle Culp (Jerry), Chandra Janda (Katie) and Justin Jacquez; his grandchildren, Jacob, Logan, Madelyn, Maisy, Bodhi, Lucas, Gavin, Emiliano, Gauge, Isaiah, Joseph, Camryn and Dynasty; his siblings, Dionsio Dawn Jacquez (Devie), Darrell Jacquez, Corinne Jacquez and Noreen Jacquez; and his goddaughter Alyssa Chavez. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; extended family and friends.
