He is survived by: his wife Patricia Madrid; his children, Terryann Beals, John Madrid (Penny), Robert Trujillo (Marie), Nanette Madrid (Mike Clair), Patrick Garcia, Anthony Garcia (Kim), Melissa Centeno and Jeremiah Fahey; his grandchildren, Blade, Audrey, Justin, Jeremy, Jeffrey, Travis, Desiree, Michelle, Jerome, Nicole, Sabrina, Daniel, Alisa, Gabriella, Eric, Miguel, Angela, Joshua, Lawrence, Noah, Amanda and Anthony Jr.; and his brothers, Richard and Ben Madrid. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; extended family.
